Idaho Cannabis Laws and Regulations

Cannabis, both for medical and recreational use, is illegal in Idaho. Idaho has some of the strictest marijuana laws in the United States. Idaho does not have a medical marijuana program. All forms of cannabis, including those for medical purposes, remain illegal.
