• Initial consultations must be conducted in person; telemedicine is not permitted for these appointments.
• For follow-up consultations, telemedicine may be utilized with an established cannabis doctor.

2. Register with the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry

After obtaining your physician’s certification, you need to register with the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry.

Application Requirements:

• Proof of Florida residency (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, or utility bill)
• Passport-style photograph
• Application fee of $75
